Contact usHow is the traveller paid?
Sender and traveller agree the reward in the in-app chat (money or something else) and settle it between themselves. AMAL records what was agreed but does not process payments for deliveries.
How are travellers verified?
Anyone can post a trip or a package. Before sending a request, making an offer or accepting one, each person's identity document and selfie are reviewed by someone on our team. Travellers can also add their ticket for a trip, which our team checks. Pro Accounts are given Verified status.
Can I share my trip or package on social media?
Yes. The link opens a preview with the route, dates, space and reward range, without contact details or addresses. Requests and offers are made in AMAL, so every agreement and handover is on record.
What can I send?
Most everyday items, as long as they are legal and not on our Prohibited Items list. Travellers can also refuse anything they are not comfortable carrying.
Does the recipient need the app?
The recipient can track the package in the app as a guest with its tracking ID, without creating an account, and gives the delivery code or QR when it arrives.
What if something goes wrong?
Report the order from the app. Our support team can review the full handover history (codes, timestamps and photos) and step in.
Where and in which languages is AMAL available?
AMAL is launching in France, Italy, the UAE and Algeria, in English, French, Italian and Arabic.
